Original Windows 8 Milestone 3 wallpaper now available

The original Windows 8 Milestone 3 wallpaper is now available to download in all its glory.

Additional Windows 8 taskbar images leaked over the weekend and the build contained a new Windows 8 wallpaper. Angel of Despair has now posted the original wallpaper from the build at Deviant Art. There’s little to say about the wallpaper but it’s 100% genuine from recent Windows 8 builds. Enjoy.

    So is that crossword puzzle real? If so anyone wanna take a crack at it?

      Well, the easiest one is “Windows” which uses the four blocks in the middle. What’s especially interesting is that the four highlighted letter blocks spell out “Wind”, which is the code-name for the new UI. Coincidence? Perhaps.

      Also, SQL is both diagonal in the lower left, and also right ot left on the third row. Unfortunately, you need clues to get the rest like any other crossword. :P

      Nice catch with wind, I wonder if more of this “puzzle” will get filled out as we get newer and newer builds? I think that’d be pretty damn cool.
