
Windows Phone camera
The first video calling application on Windows Phone is now available for forward facing equipped devices.
The application allows iPhone, Windows Phone, Android and PC users to call each other using webcams and compatible mobile camera hardware. Tango works by detecting contacts with the application based on their email or phone number. The application is a simple way to video call and includes rich cross platform support.
Microsoft supports forward facing cameras in the Camera application of Windows phone 7.5 but does not include a native video calling app at this time. The company is expected to ship a Skype application soon that will likely include support for forward facing cameras.
